Disappointing Experience – No Access to Admin Area
While the editor itself technically works, the admin area is completely inaccessible. It’s not available for download, and there's no way to access it from the typical editor interface either. I reached out to support, and they promised to send the upgraded version within 20 days. I waited over three weeks—well beyond their stated timeline—and still never received the updated version. At this point, I’ve given up and decided to leave this review to warn others. The lack of follow-through and basic access to promised features is unacceptable.
